DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!Yesterday I took delivery of my order, upon arrival I politely explained that I was disabled due to MS and asked if he would mind taking the order up one flight of stairs to my sons bedroom. He very unpolitely said no as he was not insured. I pleaded with him that I was unable to get up the stairs without the use of a stairlift and was impossible for me to get the bed upstairs. To make matters worse the bed was now blocking the hall way which made it impossible to access the kitchen and allow me to move around the house. He said that if I had wanted it upstairs there was an option when ordering for me to pay an extra fee, which was not an option when I ordered, if it had have been I would have selected this option as I did for old mattress removal. He said he couldn’t do anything and repeated he was not insured. I asked how he was going to remove the old mattress as this had been left in the bedroom for collection, he then proceeded to go upstairs and bring down the old mattress! I am absolutely disgusted that this is how your customers are treated and feel completely discriminated against for being disabled. I was in the process of ordering another bed for my spare bedroom which I will now not be doing and will be advising friends and family never to use your company. I will also be advising people on Facebook via reviews etc to never use your company.

Bought a mattress in December 2022. Whatever we saw in the showroom wasn’t what was delivered to us not the right mattress not correct standard. They then replaced with another one and that was still not as I wanted it so they didn’t not listen to us. They took the mattress back and took two weeks to give the money back and still not the full payment. When we email them they don’t reply back so poor customer service. We would not recommend anyone to buy mattresses from there again. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and service.

In store purchase, fantastic service as soon as we walked through the door. Ace the delivery driver was really helpful, let me know in advance of arrival time and assisted with moving the bed into the ground floor. Will definitely be back again

Had such a wonderful experience at Bedworld today. Ordered 4 beds and Aisha was really helpful and explained everything in detail. Beautiful beds definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

We popped into the store in Scunthorpe after seeing the website and not believing how good the prices were!The lady that served us was very helpful and guided us to the best option for us. She was not pushy and really lovely.We chose a base that needed to be manufactured and so delivery was just under two weeks. We had a phone call two days before and on the day to provide times, the delivery was on time and he brought inside which was a great help.The bed is divine! The base is quality, really solid for a divan base and the mattress is the best!

STOP! Do not buy from this company! Bought this bed, not only did they get the spec and colour wrong. The gap is an absolutely horrendous. Tried to contact the via phone, they never answer. Better places to buy from elsewhere. 0 stars from me, not happy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!The bed arrived 3 days late and at 6am!!! They’re rude, they’re unprofessional and the buissness is clearly very unsuccessful with many changes of ownership. No Center support either meaning we had to make some.AVOID!!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!Went to see some beds at this place January 2023, ordered on the day and it was our stupidity that we paid them in full.Next day I rung them in the morning if we could cancel our order because a friend told us we could get better and cheaper elsewhere.They did not agree and never refunded us. So I asked if they could match the price because they had a sign" saying clearly "they will" price match. They said send some prices which i did but did they agree? NO.After about 3 months with them not agreeing we told them ok deliver the beds so they gave us a date for delivery. We was told we will get a phone call before delivery.We got no phone call or no delivery on the date - we were waiting all day.So rung the sales girl Aisha Patel who dealt with all this saying we did get a phone call and someone attempted delivery. I told her we have cctv we can show her that nobody came or nobody called us obviously she lied.Thats when i decided ok I’ve had enough of this.I told her i will be contacting trading standards that it’s a breach of contract as the beds were not delivered on the date they said.I decided to take them to court - It is September 2023

Another 1 star review.I stupidly ordered before looking at the reviews.Order was massively late. When it did arrive it was incomplete.Zero communication from them and they simply do not reply to any emails or calls.Getting on to the credit card company first thing tomorrow for a refund.
