Rugby Bathrooms

Had new bathroom fitted recently. Excellent job done for a very reasonable price.

He was meant to do the bathroom for a family member of mine, the agreed date came and he was ill (fine, can't be helped) but after over 2 weeks of different excuses the bathroom had still not been started. He offered a full refund of the £1800 that he had been paid up front which was accepted. Unfortunately then the excuses started again...he had to wait for things to be returned, he didn't have the correct bank details etc. We have now been made aware that he has done this to a number of other people who have never had their money returned. My family member still hasn't received hers either. Do not go with Rugby Bathrooms or James Loudon, avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off!

Did a total refit of my bathroom and it’s looks amazing. Very professional service , quality workmanship would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommend

We seem to share and have the very same issues as a previous reviewer. So many excuses and they are similar to Catherines - he owes me £2000 and says he has to transfer the stock - never called us to explain reasons; arranged 4 different dates and no calls. We should get together though I have started legal proceedings - use this individual at your peril.

Given deposit by my son did not turn up but kept deposit. Legal action taken.

I was in desperate need of my bathroom renovation and James was busy till mid October , considering my need James arranged his previous colleague so the job could be done in my desired time. James was always checking if I was happy with the job done and he was also here most of the time to make sure the job was finished on time and they even worked on Saturday to finish the job . He was very responsive for my texts and call. They have done a fantastic job .

Took a deposit then never heard from him again. Avoid.

A deposit chaser, who then doesn’t do the work he’s promised to do; just a chain of excuses. My daughter and her young family were unable to engage James in the work, but he was happy to take and keep a large deposit. I hope that he’s proud of himself.
