Rip off prices!!! getting worse in there asking far to much money its got worse over the years did at one time was a great help to tge poor in the community but not the greed has happened in this shop and its all donated to help the poor who ever is raising the prices so high needs to go! The prices are shockingly high now its never going to help the poorer people in our community Needs to go back to the good charitable shop it once was. Someone is making this place a place the desperately poor can now not afford Sort the issues out the manager is destroying this cause. Staff are nice but I think the manager woman is very greedy it should go back to a place for the poorer in our society can shop again and the donators want to help them that's why they donate so they can help poor and homeless its lost its way now, bring it back to the great charity shop it once was. ASAP the manager needs to go.

Its very expensive in there now and so disappointing the poor are now out priced in there!! An no more bargains in here should be cheaper for a charity shop was once a good place but I can not afford prices in here its ruined now you best to try other charity shops now as this shop wants too much money for everything in here I couldn't believe how much they wanted i had to leave I can ñot afford this place now its gone bad on prices its a shame they r being greedy on prices as some people need cheap second hand as they struggling for basics in life but this place is not helpful anymore its sad for poor people who need household items I'd go elsewhere and shop around as in here its prices have ghone through the roof I think maybe might need a change of manager or who ever is creeping er prices up should step aside as it should be helping the poor people in the area after all its all do aged to the cause but its now to expensive for the poor :( :( :(

Fitted out my son's 2 bedroomed flat for £300, large fridge freezer, 2 beds, sofa, dining table set , coffee table, side table, mirrors. All good quality. Interesting place to look around for small bits as well as furniture. Not a huge selection of clothing, it is more of a household place. Staff are very helpful!

arranged for some goods to be collected the lads that came could not have been more helpful, professional, and kind. I didn't get the same response from the British Heart Foundation who came to collect, and I would never give to another charity again. Keep up the excellent work for a great cause

Been going years. Was better up till redesign about 12 month back. Everything shifted around. Prices went up. New manager. Not as friendly staff as b4. But still has good stuff for ok prices.

in most cases they have the cheek to be asking more for the furniture than what it cost new when it was first made, in one case they were asking twice the amount for a wall unit which had probably changed hands many times before they got it for free. having been in the furniture industry for a great number of years i know the prices of furniture. i know these charities are trying to raise funds but there are times when they really take the pee.
