A simple call to say they will be there in 10 minutes would really help, but no this is too much to expect of someone. When you are in full time you simply cannot be expected to sit at home all day and wait for someone to come. A call before hand is a reasonable request!!!

Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star, had work done which required 15 days it’s now 29 days still messing up. Absolute cowboys. Embarrassing firm

A load of cowboys, job left unfinished after continued lies and promises.

Was left without cold running water for 5 days as they could not be bothered to take 8 minutes from start to finish to fix the job on 3 separate occasions. The staff are incredibly rude and love to blame and fob off the customer anyway possible.

Idk what my temporary housing officer said or done but she got it done thank you Osborne repairs for fixing our hot water/sink tap issue lovely guy great service ! Thank you Mr Lee who refused to give me his surname at Osborne customer services he had a change of heart and showed compassion to a single mum

Over 2 years to replace a windowPromised replacement last May 2021 now even worse see image 2 taken one year apart.Shocking communication. They have zero compassion for their tenants.To be honest i guess if you don't live there then you just don't care.I could also add the guttering pictures i have which are full of debris and the down pipe causing damp issues, Which they blatantly lied about doing last summer. Not to mention the flooring tiles they were due to replace last year also due to it being a trip hazard.Up your game Osborne Property services. I would expect to be out of business if i ran my company like yours.Copy emails and dates of scheduled works and images available should you choose to get of your backside and do some work.

Took them two and half weeks to fit a bathroom. The painter managed to get white paint on my pine doors, when i asked him to get the paint off he asked me for some white spirit and when the plumber came to fit the bath he was left on his own to remove the old cast iron one. He had to smash the cast iron bath and in doing so he cut his leg open so i had to call an ambulance and he was taken to hospital.

My 83 year old mother was left without water and a flushing toilet for 2 day's, over a weekend in August. By this company. DISGUSTING

Phoned the Emergency repairs this morning 4/11/2021 as my 83yr old mother had water gushing out of pipe in Bathroom ! I don't know who on earth answered but was told to phone Monday as they could not do anything until then ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!
