Fantastic service clean polite and always do a brilliant.job..so surprised to read the comments about them not turning up

Came and gave my elderly mother a quote then didnot turn up to do the work despite us ringing to ask for an update. Promised a date and still didnot turn up or respond to any texts. Elderly mother been in hospital a month seriously ill and still no sign of this firm turning up so hired someone else. If you don't want the job or are too busy have the courtesy to say so.

Asked me to text photos of work required then didn’t have the decency to respond

Just wanted to say thank you Richard & Lee for a job well done my mums garden looks fantastic she is so happy with the new patio area and beds,and cutting back the old shrubs etc has given her much more light.See you again next year for a tidy up.
