The receptionist was very helpful, but unfortunately we had missed the coffee and chat session as no one else had arrived they had gone. We had thought it was a drop in.

The folks here are great. I take an elderly relative along to the twice monthly Men's Room". Great opportunity to sit and have a chinwag with fellas of similar age but also games suitable for their age played for example they often have a game of indoor bowls going. Good chance for me to get advice on matters with respect to elderly care aswell."

It’s a Con, I requested a Car Insurance quote for my elderly relative, 30 years no claims on a 1.2, £2100, the quote was more than for a 17 year old with a Drink Drive endorsement, called to complain “Oh it’s a different department that does the quotes it’s computer generated” Bulls**t, it’s got the Age Uk name, the Million pound renovation of this plush new building is paid for by taking 99% of the money given to Charity to help the Aged and the other 1% to the elderly freezing in there own homes. There’s never any elderly in there only 20 - 40 year olds laughing with the heating on full blast in the middle of Summer.Better increase the prices in the Charity Shops Derek from HR wants a new heated massage chair.

These guys do a fantastic job providing day care to those with dementia and relief for their carers. Friendly, understanding, a great team.

very friendly staff, put you at ease, especially if you are someone who is severely anxious meeting with strangers, answered all my questions and gave fantastic extra advice.
