Chris has been excellent since I first came to back and neck after a slipped disc that left me hospitalised for 9 days. He immediately gave me confidence that he could help me and started a treatment programme that assisted getting me back healthy and strong. I've since been to him for other problems that I would never have thought a chiropractor could help with as it wasn't to do with my back, but again, he has proven to be highly knowledgable and got straight to the root of my problem and designed a treatment plan to help me.I would highly recommend him to anyone with any musculoskeletal problems to see if he can help.

Ive been going to Amo Wong for 15yrs now and i would highly recommend him! I suffer with back problems and have had a discectomy and Amo always keeps me on feet! I would never go anywhere else.

I started seeing Chris at the age of 15 when I was suffering from chronic neck and back pain as a result of a neck fracture at the age of 11. When I first started seeing Chris, I didn't think anything would be able to relieve my pain, and that I would simply have to get used to it. After just a few weeks of seeing him, my 4 years of constant pain was finally starting to improve! It is now 10 years later, and I he is still treating me!! I am quite an active person who is also rather accident prone, and Chris treats all my complaints including my existing neck and back problems, and recently he has also treated my feet and wrists - he has always managed to resolve my problems! He always fits me in whenever I have a flare up and I always feel better, both physically and emotionally (pain is wearing!!), after seeing him. I always leave feeling confident that my pain won't be here forever and I'll be getting back to my normal routine in no time! If you are suffering, in pain, have lost hope or live in fear of your flares ups like I did, just go and see Chris!In addition, the receptionists here are lovely and I always know when I phone, they will do their best to help me if Chris isn't working that day :)

I came to the back and neck clinic following an accident as a result of which I have been left reliant on crutches to get around. This resulted in severely painful shoulders from the new usage! I went to the Cardiff clinic where Chris offered a combination of treatments to help me, clearly explaining all that was needed.When I first attended even touching my shoulders caused more than discomfort but regular attendance has improved this 100% from what it was at the start. I still attend the clinic though less frequently now, I find that this prevents deterioration. Chris has an easy relaxed manner which dispels any apprehension.I would highly recommend anyone suffering to give the chiropractor a go, it certainly can take more than the edge from your discomfort/suffering.

I was recommended here by my step mum . I have had 5 years of issues with my shoulder and currently waiting for shoulder surgery. Since the start of lockdown the pain has been extremely severe and has impacted not just my physical but mental well-being. I am on my 4th week and i can finally sleep at night pain free. I never thought this could happen. I’m currently attending the practice twice a week and Chris is just absolutely outstanding. He’s extremely caring and puts your mind at ease and didn’t promise me any miracles but it sure is working for me. As soon as you walk into the practice you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this practice. Chris is honest, he will tell you if he can help or not. Having a desk job and mainly sedentary hobbies gives me various neck and back issues. A friend recommended this Cardiff clinic and it's done wonders. Not only do they release those muscles back to how they should be but give good advice on how to manage your condition and recognize those warning signs before it gets too bad again. Sorry Chris for elbowing you on the chin, will try not to do it at the next appointment!
