My mother’s greatest wish was to move back from Portsmouth to Northumberland which she never did. Upon her death I arranged for her ashes to be buried in the garden of remembrance at St Michael’s church Alnwick. I visited Often to place flowers but this year not only is the trip too long but the COVID Virus has prevented my opportunity to pay my respects to Mum.I contacted Simply Flowers of Alnwick and explained my problem they in turn offered to place a posy which we agreed by description, cost and photographs of previous posies I had placed. They placed the posy on my mum’s grave and sent me some photographs of the posy in place.The service Provided by Simply Flowers of Alnwick was incredibly high and meant so much to me in these difficult times. Asked for flowers to be delivered after midday as partner would be returning from an upsetting appointment and it would help cheer her up. Flowers arrived in the morning. No phone call to let me know. I rang shop excuse- Delivery girl had an appointment in the afternoon" Not good enough. Will be using Julies Flowers or E flowers of Alnwick in future. I average £300/year in flowers so thats there loss."
