Great service. The staff is organized, it was not difficult to find a common speech. They are always sympathetic to the preferences for the time of the visit.The process of obtaining information about analyzes / passing other specialists is also well organized - we never had to wait.

I called in today to make enquiries about seeing the Gynaecologist and all I wanted was information on consultation and Altruasound scan prices and God was the receiptst so rude. She kept hanging up the line when I'd tried calling back several times and eventually she transferred my call onto the auto voice message for good 5-7mins. Didnt expect this level of poor service especially considering the fact that it's private clinic. I wouldn't recommend this place hospitality wise. The reception is rubbish no customer skills..
