Went for my hair appointment on Saturday. I was nervous but as soon as I was greeted I felt a lot better. I had my hair done by Chloe. She is amazing!! All the staff are amazing and polite and welcoming. Had my hair stripped then coloured and cut. Whilst I was waiting to my hair colour to be stripped I noticed that all the staff work as a strong team and excellent communication. All the staff watches each others clients. Which I thought was amazing. Finally had my hair dried and styled . I love it. Thanks Chloe for the first stages of my hair. I would reccomend this salon to everyone of all ages. Very relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming.

I had been recommended this place and there was a cancellation so I went to get my hair cut by Chloe. It has been a while so I had a heavy trim with choppy layers cut in and my face framed. I've got alopecia which is sometimes more visible than others so I hate having my hair cut as it seems like all the mirrors mean that everyone can see my bald patches but it seems like a nice salon, no-one was staring and Chloe made me feel comfortable. I have a home made bleaching job at the sides of my head which is a work in progress, I have this as my dark hair means that when I have a ponytail my scalp is really visible against my sparse dark hair. The bleached hair kind of camouflages my scalp. Chloe's cut has worked around that and actually looks really nice with my shoddy home made wings". Lovely job

Went in (without appointment) to find someone who would be able to give that level of time, kindness and attention to detail I required as this was my little lady's (2 yrs old) first proper hair cut.I wasn't disappointed. All staff seamed friendly and approachable from the outset and most accommodating given I did not have an appointment upon arrival.Would recommend to anyone (especially male parents as I had no clue my barbers couldn't help me before today).Friendly and patient with the little ones and very good value for money..A real gem for its location.

I had my hair highlighted for the first time and they were Absolutely amazing staff very friendly, very cheerful and welcoming also very reasonable prices.I Would definitely recommend them :)Naz x

I didn't find this salon very clean and when I was in the chair the stylist ask me when my baby was due...but I am not pregnant and I have just worked really hard to lose 2 stone so I felt very insulted will never go again

Great prices!! Lovely friendly and competent staff. My hair looks fabulous and I'm so happy with it. They really listened to what I wanted PLUS didnt trim too much off as requested!! Thanks a lot ladies xxx

The best hairdresser in Nottingham hands down. customer service was amazing. The best perm I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few done but nothing beats this one. Amazing highly recommend.

Went to the hairdressers about a year or two ago along with my Mum, the person cutting our hair was terrible, I believe her name was something like Kerryann or Carrieann, she made my Mum's hair look like a mans hairstyle and chopped mine to bits, she made a right mess of it stating that mine would look like hers.. yeah I bet she had someone good do hers.. the layers were too short, she hacked my nice long curly hair to bits. Would never go there again.I'm only leaving a star because you have to.Edit - since found out that she did it on purpose, one of the other customers told my Mum, she had some sort of problem with my Mum.. disgusting. She's lucky I didn't report her.
