KUNG FU, Chinese Food & Bubble Tea

Nice little gem for bubble tea and bubble waffle in Wigan! I had the brwon sugar tapioca milk, taste good enough, bubble chewy. My friend ordered the ordinary bubble tea which looks like a bit pale (tea not that rich). Bubble waffle surprisingly good, crispy and big portion. £3.2-4 for a bubble tea and £4.90 foe bubble waffle, very good price!

The BBQ chicken lacked a bit of flavour, everything else was good. Having said that I have tasted better. The bubble tea was average. Very reasonable in terms of pricing.

I usually go to this place for bubble tea and today I decided to take soft noodles. When I served myself the noodles, I found steel scrubber particles in it.Not going back again.

This has been one the worst experience we ever had. We ordered 2 x 3 mains + side (we were two people on our dinner break). We only received one of them and it was poorly packed, plus instead of the 3 mains there were only 2.We rang the restaurant to let them know, the girl on the phone was really rude and she said to go back to Deliveroo to get a refund as they couldn’t send out another order (even though it was their fault). No apologies, just rudeness and at one point while I was asking what kind of service is this, she also put down the phone and when my colleague rang back she blamed the network. It was very disappointing as we didn’t eat anything until 4pm because we wanted to enjoy a nice take out. Never again! We were new customers but we will never order from them again. Poor quality food and no customer care at all.

Order takeout today. The chips are rank, soggy oily. Really disappointed clearly not made fresh/reheated. Look like they've been cooked in old oil.Barely any egg in the egg fried rice and not enough sauce so everything feels too dry. Won't order from here again.

Most of it was nice apart from the stale, reheated chips with black mould on . Had to ask ubereats to refund me for those as they were inedible oh & they forgot the sweet n sour sauce for the spring rolls. Had to use my own sweet chilli sauce instead. ! Delivery good

Great food and a friendly staff. You get a lot of food for your money.

Got some salt and pepper chips, some noodles, and a boba tea — all the food is bloody decent considering the price, and the tea is lush! Furniture does the job and it’s not fine dining but the MSG is plentiful and delicious.

Uncreatable rude staff and unrelatable delivery. The food is always 50/50; sometimes it will be good other times, it feels like we are getting the leftovers delivered to us. Usually, I wouldn't write negative reviews, especially about a restaurant I have been visiting multiple times. However, the past two times we are ordering from them have been horrible, and today was just the tip of the iceberg. I called, and the lady on the phone clearly did not know what she was talking about or how to get an order down, making me repeat everything I said. She told me that the food would be with us for up to an hour. One hour passed, and I called to get an update, and I was told that the driver just left the restaurant and should be with us shortly; bear in mind we live less than 10 minutes away from them by car. That was all fine; however, we waited another 10 minutes, then another 20 minutes until the driver got to us. So it was close to two hours, not one as they said. The annoying thing was the fact that I called a few times and I was informed that the driver was on the way and that they were really busy like this was my problem, not theirs. On top of this, when I asked the driver what time he set off from the shop 1st he didn't speak English well so it was a struggle to understand what I was asking, second, he said 10-15 min so clearly the staff are all liars. When I tried to call and complain, they did not answer the call, and the time before this, when I was on the phone with them, they hung up in the middle of my sentence. The time before this me, and my family decided to go to the restaurant and get the food ourselves, the shop was extremely dirty inside where the customers should be sitting and eating, and we were left to wait for about one h for them to make the food.
