We exchanged today and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Beal's in Eastleigh. The whole team went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. They are both professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Alan was fantastic from day 1, helping us and supporting us through each step. He is a real asset to your company and makes it all look so easy at the same time. Mandy the mortgage broker was fabulous and again nothing too much for her to do, all with a friendly smile. She has been in constant touch with us making sure we are getting what we need, when we need it. Finally Katie, she helped us through the last hurdles to exchange. She was extremely professional but also very kind when dealing with me when I was most stressed reassuring me at each stage, chasing up the chain frequently to get things done. Overall the team are just the best and I'm so glad we chose Beal's Eastleigh branch. Thank you all so much
