Been to this branch of ATS three times in last year for puncture repair and two new tyres. First time, was a walk in - was dealt with more or less immediately, second and third time was by appointment - in and out within 25 minutes. Very helpful on phone, too. I have recommended to family too and wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on my experience. Worth buying tyres on line and booking via the website - savings are considerable. Excellent service - thank you.

One tyre had the side-wall torn by a rock. Could have sold me two tyres, but advise the other side had 50% remaining. Thank you for having my tyre type and size in stock. Totally satisfied with the quality of service from this ATS outlet.

I had a Air Conditioning Recharge Service with Anti-Bacterial Treatment which made the car smell very nice too! Highly recomended to get the extra Anti-Bacterial Treatment! Service was great did not have to wait too long as they had my car in straight away!

Job done very well. Guys are respectful, communicative, friendly manner. I'm regularly doing some of the maintenance here.The only downside was when I've done the wheel alignment, the steering wheel was offset by a 5*, so every time I was in a roundabout the ESP would trigger. Fixed it somewhere else, but maybe keep an eye on details next time.

Came here to do a brake inspection. The front desk person was very welcoming and gave me a detailed info on what they going to do, how much time it would take and will call me once the work is done. They also did a full safety check and did top-ups which evidently shows how much they care about customers.Highly recommend this place.

Called in at 13:45 on Friday. Chap on reception happy to chat with previous customer about something non tyre related and left me waiting at least 5 minutes before acknowledging I was there. I just needed a new tyre and my spare replaced from a puncture the day before. Was told they probably won't be able to fit me in until Monday afternoon at the earliest as they were just too busy. I declined and went to a competitor who dealt with me straight away. But when I drove back past ATS the very same afternoon around an hour before they were due to close, ALL of the bays were empty??? Too busy to deal with my issue?? I shan't be going back again.
