Donegal Pet Crematorium

We received the most kind and compassionate service from Francesca at Donegal Pet Crematorium. From initial contact to her delivering our beloved 18 year old pets ashes to our home the same evening because of icy roads, she made what was a heartbreaking day for our family more bearable . We were able to have a space and time with our beloved pet before individual cremation , she even played his special song. Our gorgeous pet was treated with dignity and respect and we were treated with utmost kindness and our wishes respected. Thank you Francesca for this wondeeful, local service. It brought so much comfort to our family. I would not hesitate to reccomend Donegal pet Crematorium to others experiencing the loss of their dear pet family.

This is the hardest & easiest review I’ve ever had to write. We lost our beloved dog ( Jasper) of over 14 yrs unexpectedly.We were beside ourself & had no idea what to do. Francesca (the owner) was incredible-from the start when she answered my husbands messages at 12:30am & continued to be amazing, kind, understanding & caring throughout & after. The place is warm & comforting & the keepsakes we got to remember Jasper are so much more than we could have ever hoped for. While nothing will take the pain away of losing Jasper, I can honestly say I don’t know how we could have gotten through it without Francesca.

Francesca is such a sweet and caring person.We kept her chatting nearly 40 mins when we first arrived talking about our little birds' big personality.She made the whole process calm and peaceful and we cannot thank her enough for everything.It means a lot being able to have a beloved furry or feathered member of that family close by even after they have passed.Thank you, you're so compassionate through every step and it meant the world to us.

Such a great place for looking after your pet at the end, very patient and some great advice on how to help our other pets cope. We had our dog back at home that evening so never spent a night away from home. I would recommend to everyone after losing a pet.
