Kyle was really helpful as soon as we walked in to the store. We were looking for a new carpet and underlay for our living room, stairs and hallway. He discussed all our options within budget with a smile. Really personable experience. Nadeem also deserves a mention- he came to our house to measure up what we needed- phoned before he was arriving and was pleasant and informative.

Kyle gave such good service I never leve reviews but I felt I had to as he was so kind and helpful he helped so much with my fitting and measurements he had excellent customer service. It’s my first house and he made me feel like a valued customer even tho I have small budget . I hope he gets this feedback as he’s an asset to your company.

Excellent!! I've recently moved house and so I visited the store in Alvis Retail Park as I had to put flooring down. The service was great, Ian was an absolute whiz... - I had an overall great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you.

Great selection of beds, at a very reasonable price. The salesman went above and beyond to help, highly recommended, will be going back to see if they can help me out for some stair carpet
