City Centre Maintenance CCM

An excellent and quick service for any jobs around the flat, CCM have been my go to for many years now. Highly recommended.

My son recently moved flats and needed a new bathroom floor. We selected CCM based on reviews and couldn't have been more pleased. The whole job from beginning to end was seamless, Linda in the office was very friendly and helpful. She booked an appointment for a quote and Andy turned up on time. We went ahead with the work and were really pleased with the results. Thank you we will definitely use you in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending you.

We had a few maintenance issues and these guys kept in regular contact and me updated with what was going on.The work done was to a high level and the workmen were very professional and polite!Highly recommended!

I’ve used City centre maintenance for a number of years to carry out any maintenance work on my properties. CCM are reliable, punctual and always carry out work to a great standard. I would recommend Ccm if your looking for a new maintenance team too take care of your properties.

We had a dreadful experience with this company. We had an issue with our shower hot/cold mix. They advised that we would need a non return valve and a thermostatic mixer tap - we had both installed and the pressure of the water drastically reduced (and they could not explain why). They told us we would need a pump, but couldn’t do this themselves because they didn’t currently have an electrician. We paid for this service but the shower pressure was worse than ever (granted, the temperature mix was fine but it was a drizzle). We had a separate issue with our toilet cistern, so went to another company to fix this - and were advised by this plumber to get back in touch with City Centre Maintenance because it would seem like there was a fault on their behalf. We asked them to come back and they said they would charge us if there was no fault - fine. A plumber then returned and said it could be resolved with a diverter, but then we were then told by his senior that he was incorrect. At a loss, we asked a friend to drive from Leeds to give us a 3rd opinion - he found debris in the pipe and an air lock, and fixed the pressure. When the bill arrived from City Centre Maintenance, we explained the situation and sent a photo of the issue, however because this wasn’t completed by a company (instead by a friend doing us a favour after witnessing the stress this was causing), they insisted we paid for their final visit where they missed the problem entirely.

A great experience from start to finish. We are currently renting and our landlord put us in contact with CCM. It was so easy to organise an appointment with no waiting time. The workman who attended was so polite and very hard working trying to fix our issue. We were then contacted by the team in the office to check we were happy with the work and to see how the visit went. Great service and very friendly and professional staff. Thank you!
