Marcel just carried out a structural report on my home I'm about to purchase. The service provided was excellent, from initial quote through to getting the report sent over. Turnaround time was very fast, price was very competitive. The report itself was very detailed with numerous clear photos and explained in a simple and easy to understand fashion. Very happy!

I contracted with HBC for a specific structural survey on a property which I was purchasing. Marcel attended the property promptly and produced a comprehensive report and instructed one of his preferred contractors to quote for the work he recommended. Unfortunately the purchase fell through, but Marcel's report provided me with expert knowledge very quickly. I would recommend using HBC

We reached put to Marcel when purchasing a house due to a level 2 survey requiring some additional investigation from a structural engineer. He was easy to contact, organised to go to the property the next day. The vendor told us he was great when he was at the property, he provided us with the report within a reasonable time. The report was detailed, easy to understand and any questions he was happy to answer. He even passed on that the seller was willing to negotiate price due to the roof issues found! Absolutely shocking, Marcel was not only pushy and rude over the phone but gave a terrible survey where he went against two other building surveyors findings. Would definitely not recommend!

Sent an email for a quote on some structural survey to some exiting drawings I had done so was asked to send in the drawings and I got the following reply to my email. “ We will not be quoting for your designs. Regards Marcel Furet.Yeah so very professional!!!!! Keep up the good work guys you will definitely be attracting new clients.
