There was never any pressure and we felt that David's guidance enabled us to make the correct design decisions. The finished project is testament to this. Recently used this company for a new bathroom for my elderly mum who has mobility issues. David visited first to measure up and discuss what was needed. He was able to recommend shower, enclosure, flooring, toilet etc. that would be particularly suitable for her. We then received a detailed quote and good quality images showing what the new bathroom would look like. We agreed a start date and the work started on time and was completed slightly early (in 3.5 days). The workmanship is excellent and Karl and Ross who carried out the work were respectful and at pains to ensure that grab rails etc. were positioned in the best place for my mum. Floors and other areas were protected and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.Once completed we were offered a follow-up visit to check everything was OK and to handover guarantees, instruction booklets etc. The final bill was as per the quote with no surprises or extras.It may have been possible to get a cheaper quote but based on the quality and the service received I think the price was well worth it.My mum is absolutely delighted with her new bathroom and based on our experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Assured Bathing Solutions Ltd.

We have just had our bath removed and a full width shower installed by this company. We are very happy with both the work and the manner in which it was done. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the minimum of disruption to us. Would be happy to recommend them.
