So pleased with my nails! Lovely salon and Angela's attention to detail was amazing! Took lots of care to make sure the nails were perfect, with a great shape, and really beautiful nail art. Will definitely be going back again.

Icey’s was recommended to me by a family member. I have to say having been there for the first time today I will never go anywhere else again. The shop is immaculate, Welcoming and friendly. My nails were done by Cami, who I have to say is a very talented nail technician (as are all the ladies) She’s an absolute perfectionist in what she does - nothing was too much trouble. For me Icey’s has to be the best salon in Birmingham and I will highly recommend to friends and family.MichelleX

I used this salon off the back of a recommendation from a regular customer here I’ve seen the work done and was more than happy to book in. Honestly, had i not given a deposit i would have walked away on entry!! I booked and explained that these nails were for my birthday so would be something different pattern/gems etc but on arrival it was clear that they squeezed a regular in during my appointment time so was then told my appointment slot isn’t long enough for the design i wanted. Confirmed by the customers apologies for eating into my time for her nail fixing. So I couldn’t get the design i wanted then when i asked for alternatives for time allowing the tech I believe to be the boss) says ‘well i don't even know you i don’t know what you’d like’ in a very passive aggressive manner mind you!! Which i was taken back by especially as I’ve already shown the style i wanted. Whilst i was getting the set done the tech kept flinging my hand around as though she was annoyed my hand was touching hers (as i am a black woman this felt racially motivated). Then to top it off I felt like I was massively over charged- for a fullset , one colour and a few gems £50+ - the appointment was rushed - the nails broke within a week of having them done a the gems fell off within the first 3days. Ordinarily i would have gone back but the service i received the first time was shocking to the point of no return. for a first time at this salon overall massively disappointing so I definitely won't be returning.

Love the design on my nails, they look really lovely and they're the reason behind leaving 2 stars.However I feel like I was massively over charged- had no idea it would be so pricey!!Also the appointment was rushed towards the end. It was my first time at this salon so I didn't know that I'd need an extra long appointment for nail designs. Nobody had explained that to me when I booked.I was looking for a new salon and although the designs at this place are incredible I definitely won't be returning unfortunately.

Hands down the best nail salon that I have ever been to! I was a little nervous coming here for the first time having moved from my usual regular nail salon for various reasons, but I need not have been. Angi is an OUTSTANDING nail technician and her attention to detail as well as the work she did on my cuticles for both my hands and feet was like nothing I've had done before. She really took her time and that resulted in the most perfect manicure and pedicure. I absolutely LOVE my BIAB manicure and gel pedicure. The nail art on my nails is actually 100x better than the photo I showed Angi for reference! My nails are absolutely stunning and I honestly can't stop looking at them! I will be a regular here for life now. Thank you Angi!

Great salon. All girls really lovely and very friendly, really welcoming salon, you feel at home as though chatting to friends. Nails fantastic, care is really taken and they never rush. Nice clean salon. See you again soon x

My first time ever going to Iceys after a friend recommended I should try. Needless to say I was more than impressed! First of all, the cleanliness and hygiene was outstanding which is very important due to the current climate. All staff were friendly and professional. They are the best nails I've ever had. So much attention to detail and shape!Would 10000% recommend.Thank you girls for making my first appointment a great one! See you soon xx
