Ordered a part from them online, got no communication apart from a confirmation email, a week later I ring them for an update and they tell me they don't have it in stock and are waiting to get it in but they don't know when. They are happy to take your money but have nothing to sell you.

Very disappointed by the serice in this shop, I went in with my bike as I had a flat tire and the person that was in couldn't be bothered to come out to have a look at my bike he said there is a air pomp outside and he can't come out and help me. After I tried the pomp with no result I went back in to ask if they can change the inter tube and he said I can buy the tube but they won't charge it for me I will have to do it myself. What kind of bike shop is this????If I couldn't give zero stars even that would be to much what wast of my time to visit this shop.

Purchased a brake caliper from there website turns out thay never had any calipers in stock at all but were still selling them?? Expected me to wait and then took 15 days to refund the money back, cant be trusted, how can I believe that you have anything instock now! Bad shop

I bought a pair of brake calipers from these guys. When they arrived it turned out one of the calipers was missing a bleed screw, which was not their fault. They were very quick to recognise the mistake and sent out a new screw as soon as it was available. They were pleasant and friendly throughout and I didn't need to chase them to get it sorted. I would definitely use them again.

Bruw , been lookin for this part for about a week ,Just phoned the shop 10 minutes before they were closing and yes!!! they do have great customer support ! I asked if it can be sent with priority and guess what,? Next day at 13:00 the Apc courier knocking on my door , the part has arrived !!! Thanks Scuff wheels ! 10/10Bosch cx gen 2 service kit

Recommend by BMW for repair and service on my BMW Cruise e bike. Did a great job, sensible pricing and good advice. Got repair done, full service, new pads and chain and also treated myself to a new light. Would definitely recommend and go back in the future. Thanks Riccardo.

I would highly recommend this company. Unfortunately the bike I wanted wasn’t in stock but Riccardo explained the reason to me and was honest about the possible wait times. Unfortunately I wanted it for Christmas for my son so I cancelled the order. This was done immediately after asking. I called the shop and the phone was answered immediately and they also got back to me via email straight away. Although this time I wasn’t able to purchase from them I would definitely come to this company again if I need to purchase anything else bike related.
