We stayed for one week in one of the lodges on the farm. It's an active sheep farm owned and operated by a very friendly, kind and helpful couple. The lodge was clean, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The three lodges have a shared hot tub.The environment in and around Crai and the Brecons Beacons is amazing.

Stayed in oak barn last week with a group of friends. Had a fantastic weekend. Beautiful barn, so well equipped with a fab hot tub! Based on a farm . Farmer was great and brought new born lambs for us to see. We loved visiting sheep and lambs and even got to help feed the lambs on Sunday morning. Learnt so much. Loved it here

The lodge was beautiful and almost contemporary designed. The only issue we had was noise from fight, constantly coming out of the other attached lodge to ours. teenagers' party with lots of F words and very disturbing all through nights. The owner was really sympathetic and giving them notice, however we exchanged some good times to some distressing moments of others fight. apart from that, everything was perfect and owners are brilliant people.

My family was there in December, your third party holiday rent payment took more money £200 from my account in addition to everything we paid for. No response and no refund since then.

POPLAR TREE LODGE, CRAI, BRECAN || This lodge is semi-detached with stunning views BUT everything else was a let-down. Its not 5*, needs a makeover & to be maintained!!It has clearly had a bashing & needs a deep clean.The dinning chairs need replacing, one of the sofas needs replacing, the kid size pool table needs replacing and put somewhere where you can actually play it, the hot tub water was dirty and you have to share it with the other lodges, you also have to share the garden, not all TVs work and basic maintenance isnt done.It also needs to be made more clear about the noise level, some guests are totally rude and ignorant about this.

Had a fantastic week here with family. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Views from rear garden are amazing. Definitely be back

Fantastic venue, well equipped with loads of crockery and glassware, just need larger pans for cooking then that would be perfect as too far for takeaway delivery. Very homely and great for get togethers with friends and family. Would benefit from covered path to hot tub for the colder and wet weather. Excellent host and we even got puppy cuddles on arrival from the latest addition to the family - bonus.
