Rehab It

After 2 mos, I'm giving this 5 star review!!! I sprained my ankle it was not recovering well. I went to see one of their experts Hin Ho and he did an amazing and professional job in assessing my state, alleviating pain, and giving helpful practical tips! Truly worth it to see an expert compared to just recovering by my own with no guidance that can be detrimental in long term. Hin ho also encouraged me to take small step to start exercising and been going to the gym ever since!

Came in after tearing a muscle in my mid-left back. HinHo diagnosed the problem, the source, and worked my muscles thoroughly. During the session he walked through several stretches, the posture problems, and a few adjustments @ home like having a yoga ball chair.I took this seriously, and paid attention to my posture and did the stretches. It was a major adjustment to change how I walk, sit, watch telly, hold my phone - basically everything.But it worked.Within a week I'm essentially discharged and fully healed. The torn muscle is just a dull sore, well ok its way tk healing fully, and my posture has never beeb better.

I done two sessions with Hinho for rehab on damaged tendons (tendonosis). I was in pain for months and he done a brilliant job straightening me out. Showed me what specific stretches I need to do to for my issue.

Now where do I start.....So I got an appointment with Hin Ho and didn't know what to expect as I had tried everything pain relief wise.We sat down, made me feel comfortable and he investigated the root cause of such discomfort.He listened, carried himself well, a gentleman whilst exercising a very high level of professionalism.I got in with tonnes of baggage and left feeling light as a feather.Took loads of health advice which I have been putting into practice slowly for the past 2weeks and I'm so happy with everything. I have been recommending him to anyone I come across to give Hin Ho a try.Took a while to write this review as I wanted to see results and yeahhhh results I gotKeep it burning

I have toiled with a chronic ankle/hip flexor related problems, if one could guess it was diagnosed within this clinic.To start I have suffered from cross limb syndrome, I have felt out of place for a prolonged period of time. My left leg felt incredibly weak, and I was so angry with myself for feeling this way.Que Rehab-It, Hin Ho has helped me feel normal for the once time. On a physical level I feel like a teenager after one session, emotional I feel I can finally combat this injury and perform to the levels I know I can reach.

My upper back, neck and shoulders get really tight, since I spend a lot of time driving and carrying heavy load on one shoulder, so I’m always in need of a sports massage. But since discovering Rehab It I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Hin Ho is very knowledgeable and professional and always gives me tips on how to look after my back in between treatments and the price is very reasonable. Would highly recommend to everyone!!!

I went to see Hin Ho at Rehab It in relation to back and shoulder pain. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and passionate about his work. I have noticed a difference already after our first session and the exercises he showed me to use at home have been of great benefit. I would highly recommend.
