The Lincolnshire Runner

First time visit today and the staff was incredibly helpful. As I am a new runners the advice I got was really good. Wide range of stock aswell. Was recommended by another runner that I know and I thought I would try them out. Definitely will be going back. Keep up the great work.

I went in on Saturday and was served by Luicen, he was sooooo helpful and knowledgeable and madame feel very welcome and comfortable.Im very shy and get overwhelmed easily so very much appreciated Lucien for being so great!Keith was also very helpful when I rang up today for some advice, a great shop 10/10

Popped in today for a pair of new running trainers. Could not be happier with the pair I came out with. The gentleman that helped me (didn’t get a name!) was super helpful and patient. He ensured I came out with the right pair and listened to how I felt in each trainer. Was able to try each pair on the treadmill and then try the pair I settled on for the final time outside.I will never go back to shopping online for running shoes ever again! Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service!Popped in today for a new pair of running shoes. The care and patience given was great, tried on multiple shoes on the treadmill and was given insightful trainer advice! Settled on a lovely pair of Hokas and some socks. Will definitely be using Lincolnshire Runner for any future running needs!

I've been buying my running shoes from The Lincolnshire Runner for the last 2 years and have never been disappointed. The level of customer service, attention to detail and knowledge of running and products is second to none. They take the time to get to know you which is something that makes shopping here easier and enjoyable. If on the rare occasion they haven't the item I want, they order it, let me know when it's in store and always charge the best price. The whole team are runners and will be able to help you. Whether you're a complete beginner or been running ultra marathons for years, this place is the place to go. I can't fault this fantastic store.

Went in for a new pair for running shoes. Person who served me was excellent and talked through different options for myself and helped me make an informed decision on what ones were best for myself. Highly recommend shopping here

Very helpful staff, my son has problems with his heels. NHS it should hopefully sort itself out by the time he is 13 years. He suffers every day, but they were so helpful, recommending a good trainer. He still suffers with pain daily, but it is not as intense. So thankyou for your help.

People in the store were helpful and suggested I try Hoka. The felt good, but after only 9 weeks are very worn, material inside has holes… I only run a few times a week and about 3-4miles…. Have used them to walk around but not every day. Possibly I got a bad pair, but when I contacted the store I was just told ‘thanks for reaching out…’ they cost £117 I would expect them to last longer than 2-3 months.
