DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. We picked our dog up after being in the kennels for a week. He's had to be taken to the vets due to being severley dehydrated and has had to be put on a drip for nearly 2 days.There was urine and fecese in all kennels including the walk area, the smell was unreal. I wish we never dropped him off and just took him home when we saw the state of the place.His leash was still in his food bag when we picked him up and not attached to the cage like all the other dogs so I am in doubts that he actually had any walks for a week. We have contacted them to see how he was looked after but no response after they said they'd check.Surprised the business is still running and not been shut down.If there was an option for 0 star I would definitely pick that.

*****Please do not waste your time or put your pet through going here!I’ve had my boy booked in for over a month, confirmed the day prior to arrival I would be bringing him in the PM. Turned up at 1800hrs not a person to be seen, no lights on and an absolute disgrace of a site. Dirty, unkept, piles of god knows what in the corners and poor dogs howling. We sat for an hour waiting to be greeted by friendly warm staff and nothing, no signs to reception or another phone number to call to someone that would be on site, a whole hour of nothing. I sent emails and called over 30 times and got nothing back so had to bring my dog home. I have now had to find another dog sitter to have my dog with less the 15hours to go before my holiday.I have since had an email back, not a phone call of apology or any sort of explanation to why nobody bothered to answer the phone or why not a soul was on site to greet us. I genuinely feel for the dogs that are stuck there, horrible weather away from their owners and nobody to see.

This is my honest opinion, my normal kennels was fully booked so this was the only one available. The kennels were filthy, the dogs were being ignored, it stunk. Was just awful all round.When I went to pick my dog up (thankfully a day early) I parked up in the worst little space and saw the woman take the dogs out of the kennels, stand there and walk back in not even walking them! This was with 4 seperate dogs (I was waiting for 5 to be able to collect)Thank god I picked my dog up a day early as the next day was when 3 dogs were stolen. No cameras, no security nothing. My dog came back with clumps of poo in her fur, lost weight just everything was horrible. I would give this no stars if I could.

AVOID is all I cam advice. My dog doesn't 2 days there. He came home full of cold and has diarrhoea. He now is seeing a vet as he's not well. I wish I took him straight home when I arrived. Its filthy. The kennels are rusted and small and the grounds are disgusting. Don't know how they are still open.

My dog as been coming here a while now and he loves it so much he can't wait to get away. He's so excited when they turn up, and when he comes back he's so happy. He's well looked after and really enjoys all the staff. These people really do it for the love of animals. First class serviced I would recommend to anyone.

I work for a rescue, we use these Kennels as they are the best we have come across. Liz is so helpfull and caring. All our dogs are well looked after and lots of time spent with them. Adopters that go to kennels to view our dogs all have good things to say about them.We have had very shy and timid dogs, shut down dogs sent to these kennels, within weeks they are adoptable thanks to Liz and her staff.Highly recommend Brookfield for caring for the animals, its not just a business to Liz its a passion.

Great secure place for the pup. He loves it, and their security upgrades give you peace of mind that your pup will be safe. Prices are good and staff friendly and caring.

Never again! I had doubts when I dropped my loved family pet off but didn’t have a choice but leave them there. The place is dark and dirty. When I collected my pet they were hiding in their pen in What I can only describe as survival mode. Back home and they still stink, the carry case stinks, even the vaccination card stinks. My beloved pet has never eaten food so fast as when they got home.

We use these every year for our cat. Lovely cattery. Cat didnt want to leave. Staff helpful and competitive pricing
