We used RPC Architectural Designs for an extensive kitchen refurbishment together with a loft conversion. Ryan listened to our plans but also offered his own advice and ideas. He was always approachable and available. Our finished kitchen is wonderful- full of light and space, as is the loft extension. We appreciated Ryan's advice and professionalism throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend RPC Architectural Designs.

I was searching for some structural advice for a relatively small project on my first home (1.4m wide opening in internal wall) and I came across RPC Architectural Design after online searches. I read many positive reviews for Ryan on small to large scale projects so thought I would give him a call. Straight away Ryan was very helpful and offered to do a site visit, which was invaluable as he identified a potential issue that was not picked up by my builder. After a few calculations, Ryan came back to me with a cost-effective solution, which was fab! And he turned it around in a very short period of time which means I can get the project underway! Ryan has produced designs for our garage conversion and extension and we have found him extremely helpful, knowledgeable and reliable throughout. I chose RPC Architectural Designs for a change of use planning application. I met Ryan at my unit, it was clear from the outset he had a wealth of knowledge and offered some great ideas. Ryan was quick to email me architectural drawings to consider. He was open to amending the drawings as I requested.Ryan managed the entire planning and building regulations application and was in regular contact with the planning officer. Unfortunately, in my case the planning officer was extremely difficult, objecting to certain changes. However, this did not phase Ryan who promptly responded and overcome any objections raised. I was particularly impressed with Ryan giving me regular updates which included weekends and evenings. Ryan’s persistence paid off resulting in my planning application being granted. I am grateful to Ryan for his efforts and recommend him to anyone wanting a professional architect who offers a unique personal service. I will certainly be using him for future projects.

Ryan has been brilliant for my project. I needed technical drawings for a planning application to get solar panels on my roof. I suspect this is ridiculously easy for him but I still appreciate that he completed this job with utmost efficiency. This included submitting the planning application. He responded to all communication promptly and was professional and courteous when he came round. I am hoping to get the solar panels up this week so many thanks Ryan.
