Beware of these reviews, most are from contractors employed by Park or unrelated to the services provided. Heres a review from a home owner engaged in their service as a property management company. They took over our property and were great at the beginning, they then failed to reduce the fees as promised and the fees actually slowly increased as the service decreased, they take extremely long to react to issues raised, keep changing personnel and are most definitely NOT value for money!

Under no circumstances use this factor - there are several different factors in the area that will provide a better service and more value for money.Requests for information are often met with lengthy delays in response time. Industry standard" is banded about as a reasoning for poor communication and substantial increases in fees year on year.Lovely building with fancy offices that your factor fees will go towards - very little service and a poor attitude towards engaging with clients to resolve problems. There are lots of better factors out there.** Edit/Response - threatening to remove valid reviews and feedback unless the company is contacted directly is perverse. This review was left as a result of multiple failed efforts to get appropriate support from Park PM and their response to negative feedback is to insist you seek support from Park PM - or they'll report you. **"

We have recently changed factors and I have found Park Property Management to be highly satisfactory, particularly in terms of communication. Emails are answered quickly and efficiently and any issues have been dealt with promptly and effectively. Park PM guided us through the transition process, which was greatly appreciated and although it is still early days in terms of using their services, I have so far been delighted with them!

We have been working as a contractor for Park PM for over a year now, predominantly dealing with Scott O’Brien & Scott Cochrane. They always respond within a timely manner which allows us to get jobs completed promptly.Their professionalism and commitment to ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard is something I would look for in a property management company. I would highly recommend Park PM.

I had lost my fob, and Scott promptly provided all the information on how to get a new one and when I confirmed it he prepared the invoice for me. Eventually that same day I found my lost fob, I thought that it wouldn’t be possible to cancel my request at that point, but Scott responded me promptly confirming that the request was cancelled, and the charge from my billing account removed. Great service.

Great service and quick response from both Scott Cochrane and Scott O'Brien in dealing with an ingress into bedroom caused by balcony fascia. Scott O'Brien identified the probable cause quickly and was very knowledgeable in the matter. Happy to say the issue is getting dealt with.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Scott O Brien from park property management when my property's received some water ingress through a stack pipe(I hope I am correct in calling it that). Scott was the first to pick up the issue and deal with it quickly and efficiently with having a contractor there promptly who located the issue and resolved it.Could not thank Scott enough and I dare to think what a mess it would have been if Scott was not so reactive and efficient.Kindest regards,Kieran

Only had positive experiences so far with PPM. My company supplies services throughout their portfolio of properties. I’ve been impressed with the upkeep of their assets and maintenance regime. As much as they made sure we were right for them before handing us any contracts we only do business with people we trust and have the right values.Great team and Scott O who is our main point of contact has been excellent to deal with and we look forward hopefully to a long healthy relationship.

Park Property are definitely the best factors around. I have dealt with them many times over the years. Scott O'Brien, Scott Cochrane, Claire & Tom are all very pleasant & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always pushing to get the job done in good time, leaving the home owners very happy. It's a 5 stars from me!
