Awful miserable experience. In a desperate situation, I asked them to help with some financial dealings. I didn't want to exacerbate the situation, so wanted to keep it all very low key. They ended up saying that they couldn't help me as I was refusing escalate the problem. The ONLY solution they would advise on was the most destructive (to my children) so ended up charging me £100's to sign a waiver saying that I wouldn't follow their advice. Horrible, horrible experience. They had a book, and unless I followed it, they would do NOTHING but take my money.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jay and Regler & Co. The service that she and Marilyn have provided through a very complex probate sale has been exemplary. We have been kept informed in a very calm and efficient manner.

We were recommended Regler by some friends and used them to purchase our first house. We had a bit of a rocky start with staff being out sick and as a result nothing happening to set us up, but after that they were great. Appreciate that generally conveyancing isn't the most transparent and can be painfully slow by its very nature but Jay managed to get us from offer to completion in 4 months, and did a declaration of trust at the same time. Really friendly and helpful.If you manage your own expectations as a customer initally (I've compared our experience and frustrations to other friends that have purchased property and we clearly had a very smooth ride) then Regler are really able to shine. I will certainly be a return customer.

Myself and my partner recently bought our first property in Chinnor. Jay supported us throughout this process and was an exceptional client advocate during difficult times. She was always supportive and would keep us informed on updates etc. Communication was clear and professional throughout. Highly recommend Jay and her team especially regarding purchasing property.

We have been waiting a month for a reply to our email and have sent 2 chasers with no response.From the start of our transactions (3 in total) I was disappointed with the service provided, and felt I had to do far more myself than I should have done.However the biggest cause for concern is how difficult it is to get any form of reply from this company. It's been a month since I emailed requesting an update, and we have sent two follow up emails again requesting this update and expressing our disappointment and we still haven't even had a reply.I will not use this company again

We had a great experience with Regler and Company for our Flat sale where all documentation and selling process was seamless with good advice time to time by Jay, she was very kind to answer all our queries and available when neededI would really recommend Regler and Company.

Used these solicitors to sort out my parents home - which l purchased but which my parents held in Trust for me. As my father had died and my mother no longer had capacity they were able to simply transfer the property into my name at minimal cost. Was pleased with their legal understanding and the process we had to follow and the time frame it took. Would use their conveyancing services again if and when needed - especially as they are within walking distance of where l live.
