I can't comment on the shop as I didn't go in. You have to spend £10 in order not to pay for parking. I only wanted to buy something for my lunch. Ridiculous!

Cattle Market (Waitrose)
Plenty of spaces, very close to the town centre. They have just started, or are just about to start charging again. Not sure the process, but you can bet they've gone up!
