My partner bought a used vehicle from Rivendell Cars and from start to finish the service received from Adam was top class, his communication was amazing and he travelled a fair distance to deliver the car to us! The charge for delivery was far below what anybody else would have quoted. A few days after purchasing the vehicle an unforeseen mechanical fault arose and once again top service from Adam, we booked the car into our local main VW dealer and the repairs were sorted and monies owed settled by Adam, car was fixed and back in our hands within 2 days. Unreal service from start to finish, 10/10 would buy from again.

I first saw a lovely Lexus 300h F Sport online around 3 weeks ago. I contacted Adam via email and got a near immediate response. Every single question was answered. Every silly detail, covered. The continuous WhatsApps would annoy most, not Adam. He is patient, meticulous and genuinely cares. I put my deposit downThe perfect 5 star reviews on all platforms are the only reason I chose to deal with Rivendell. My car was delivered today and was exactly what I expected. This is how buying cars should be like and I would recommend Adam to anyone. Thank you very much!
