Very well deserved 5 Stars. And here’s why. We needed a replacement Becker Motor for our awning so contacted BM's, we were provided all the relevant information for the equivalent motor for our 20-year-old unit. The unit was delivered on time and as described.But that’s not allSurprisingly the company we engaged to install the new motor were very confused regarding the unit’s compatibility to the original wiring, even though it was a direct replacement. So, they called BM's technical department who very kindly talked them through the installation, even providing our installer their direct contact number should they need further advice.Thank you to Shaun and the team at Becker Motors.
