Food was freezing cold on delivery. The delivery from Just eat was really quick and on time. When I called the manager on shift they were quick to put the responsibilty on Just eat!!No ketchup!! no straw!!Extremely poor service and customer aftercare

I recently visited McDonald's and had a somewhat mixed experience that compelled me to share my thoughts. On the positive side, the service was prompt, and the restaurant was clean. However, I couldn't help but notice some concerning behavior from one of the possible managers.This individual, identifiable by the white shirt and red tie, was observed chewing gum and loudly engaging with their iPhone while customers were waiting. To add to my apprehension, this manager then proceeded to handle food without washing their hands. This lack of professionalism was disappointing and raised questions about hygiene practices.While I appreciate the efficiency of the overall service, it's essential for McDonald's to address such lapses in professionalism and hygiene to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.

Please see picture attached as the fillet of fish seems to be from another dimension. Also, to get to THAT fillet of fish burger I had to wait 30 minutes in drive through of a FAST food restaurant. When I went to return the BURGER, I was asked what's wrong with it?""

Used click & serve we waited 20 minutes and many many cars went through drive thru. So my patience ran out and I went into the restaurant. They said it was just done and they were bringing it but I live 3 minutes away from restaurant and the food and especially the hot chocolate was cold so I know for a fact that the food was standing there as your hot chocolate is boiling hot and cannot be drunk straight away and I was able to drink it down . If I could rate you zero this is what I would give. You have lost my custom.

Without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s in Cardiff.This store needs major work to fix the repeat problems, or just shutting down.Every time I’ve gone, I am disappointed.Chips are stale - dry, like cardboard, tasteless, and worst of all - cold. Burgers are similarly cold. Drinks come out watery, and not at all fizzy. All too often, they get your order wrong as well - usually missing out sauces, unless you insist on them. Food also takes forever to arrive, even if you do the click and collect. And still, it somehow manages to be cold, dry, and tasteless.I’ve stopped going to this McDonald’s. It seems beyond all repair. It’s a shame, as it’s the one closest to me, and there are times when nothing hits like a Maccies. But this one just leaves you with disappointment every time, guaranteed.

We tried to order and the cashier was just screaming through the speaker at the drive through, we eventually managed to tell them what we wanted and at the collection point we checked our bags and we were missing a whole burger, we told them we were missing one and they said oh your only missing one". What do they mean by only missing one

Seriously there is just no need in this... im now boycotting newport road mcdonalds . Because this is the 5th time this week I've ordered 4 large lattes and im given half acup on each of then Im sick of ringing them about it an getting a reply of the machine is broken .. well either fix it or stop serving from that machine..im paying you for 4 large latte I expect 4 large latte not 4 mediums . Im not even excepting the free drinks any more because even they are half a cup .. what a waste of my money..

You must be joking if this is supposed to be a large portion of fries...less than half full. This place lacks a lot on the drive thru and they think they can get away with slacking on food since customers drive away afterwards most of the time without checking the bag. Let me tell you how McDonald's drive thrus work - they have sensors at each window which measures volume of customers and thus, due to this McDonald's being very busy they either have the option of sending you to parked order bays or giving you incorrect food/portion sizes to make sure they hit the time waiting" targets. From personal experience
