Jack is punctual, reasonably priced and reliable. We only had a very small repointing job but he still took the job on despite it being really small. He undertook the work in a quick and tidy manner as arranged despite the bad weather; Very pleased with the result. Will be keeping hold of his business card for the future and would definitely recommend to others

JB building and handyman jobs did a great job for me refitting a shower tray and cubicle, making sure it was fitted properly and not leaking down through the ceiling. First class job, really thoughtful worker and workmanship. Great job thank you

Had jack to complete laying flooring, checking for small leak in loft and to update silicone in shower tray .he was excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Work was completed efficiently. Very tidy worker with a smile on his face. Brilliant.

Jack fixed and replaced damaged flooring for us. His work was to a high standard and he kept us informed at every stage and got confirmation we are happy before proceeding.He quoted a price for all of the work and when faced with an unforeseen electrical problem he was able to get this fixed quickly and the cost of this additional work was cheaper than he quoted.It was refreshing to see that Jack turned up when he said he would and if he needed to get materials he explained where he was going and for how long. This is something we have not experienced before with other tradesmen.Overall I would definitely recommend Jack if you need a reliable tradesman.

I have used jacks services on sevarl projects.i must say his quality of work manship is excellant.on time and no excuses.he even went the extera mile to help me out .

Jack carried out work on my Cottage that needed some freshening up, involved replacing roof tiles and flashing where water was getting in, replaced crumbling bricks, repointed a weather beaten wall and built a 30 Wall around our Patio area. Very pleased with his work and the cost. Job well done

I rang Jack Blake about a damp problem. He came along in a couple of days and although the reason for the damp wasn't obvious came up with a plan. It looks as though the problem is solved although I won't know for a week or two. I highly recommend Jack. He is polite and his price for the work was very reasonable.
