Unorganised, chaotic, very little stock availability for popular products. Has not lived up to expectations considering it is now the only discount store in the town.

This shop has some good bargains but in last couple of months, the price hike in there has become unreasonable. Webbox used to be 59 p now have hiked it up to £1. Prices for alot of products are OK.

I like this shop. I buy my little pony life surprises just in 1 pound.

They let products run out on the shelves and don't replace them, every time I go there there is only one cashier working and a huge queue of customers, they could open the other 2 cashiers too

This store is practically a jumble sale. Stock all over the place and often incorrectly labelled! Went in today to get some cleaning products and was charged £1.09 for a product marked 69p. Normally I would raise this but there was chaos at the tills (not unusual in this store!) One colleague on the till and when her till crashed, she had to move till. Instead of sensibly moving the queue of 6/7 people across, she jumped till without informing anyone what was happening and the back of the original queue ended up at the front of the new queue. An older lady in front of me was not as mobile and unfortunately ended up at the back. I let her in front of me. Unfortunately not many customers did the same. Says a lot about the Slough residents! Not sure training will help your colleagues, but maybe try employing staff with some common sense!

Very poor customer service service in Slough, High street. Even 1 star is too much!!

Worst shop ever! The manager is very rude & doesn't have manners to speak with anyone. She always shouts all the times and the tags are never in place. I can see her either shouting at her own people or either customers.Customers have to suffer because of incorrect or missing prices on the products. The security guard is creepy and keeps staring at you like you are a thief which is very bad experience for a customer who are not a theif. My daughter was scared because of those people - the manager and the guard. I highly doubt this shop will survive with such people working in this shop. Very pathetic people in this shop and worst management people have ever seen in my life. Never recommend this shop to anyone. Worst experience ever. Never go to this shop.Doesn't deserve even 1 star!BAD ! WORST ! PATHETIC !

This review is for the newly opened store in Vastern Road, Reading. It seems that Reading Branch is not yet on the Google Maps!A below than average outlet that boasts 4000 items below £1 but that’s not true. There were very few items on the shelves that were below £1 and one can count on the fingers how many there were.There were not real bargains and perhaps we can have a better deal at other discount stores in town.There were more than a dozen staffs on the shop floor getting in the way of the customers and stacking shelves that were never filled. It seems the store was opened prematurely when they were not ready for it. Such a large outlet but only two tills were open but that probably was right as there weren’t many customers either! Boxes everywhere on the floor and untidy isles. Very poor show indeed!
