Have been waiting for my parcel but no sign of it yet.

For the third time in a row l had a parcel undelivered when not only was I in all day, we had 3 builders and 2 dogs on site. We are only a small cottage so could not miss a delivery. Do I get a refund from DPD for doing there job and having the inconvenience, time and fuel having to collect it the other side of Swindon

DPD are rapidly becoming the worst parcel delivery service in the uk. My wife sent flowers to a family member because of illness. The box was left outside the front door in the rain. The box was crushed, split, soaking and was left upside down so that the fresh flowers inside fell to their heads and damaged them. On this occasion we had no control over which despatch service was used because we ordered the flowers via M&S (who refunded immediately) but they are the last company I would ever use. My personal choice for small parcels are Evri (formally Hermes). A superior service in comparison. Feel free to peruse the pics for a visual.

Myself and a colleague received a DPD delivery from a driver called Henry out of the Royal Wootton Bassett branch yesterday and we wanted to express our gratitude. He was extremely helpful and polite. Most delivery drivers tend to leave our deliveries by the door meaning we have to carry a large quantity of boxes through the building however Henry wheeled our delivery straight through to where we needed them saving us a lot of time and energy!!!! Not to mentioned it was pouring with rain but Henry had a massive smile on his face and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you Henry!!!

Twice been to my house. Twice I've asked them to deliver to a neighbour... ANY NEIGHBOUR.But no. The driver just sends me a photo of my front door... Useless.

Attempted delivery to the wrong house then automatic delivery to Morrisons 5 miles away - so a 10 mile round trip for me to collect. I could find no way to contact them to get it redelivered and then when I finally dug up a phone number I was told they wouldn't. Eventually when I persisted my complaint was routed on but it was a lot of work.

In fairness DPD are usually pretty good but when it goes wrong BOY DOES IT GO WRONG -they are hopeless and resort to lies. On 25-5-22 their driver Ionut Ovidiu was 2 miles away from my address at 12.01pm for my (pre-12 delivery). He took a photo (of his sleeve) and reported that I was not in for his own convenience. I was in at all times. My supplier of the parcel was able to talk to DPD but was repeatedly fed a load of lies. Having twice been promised the parcel would be delivered to me (albeit late) they dumped it the following day at a local retailer and suggested I go and collect it. Disgraceful service". WHEN YOU FOUL UP DPD - SORT IT - DO NOT PALM PEOPLE OFF WITH LIES!"

Terrible service. Cannot get info on wareabouts of package. Live 20 minutes away and has taken a week to get nowhere.

Very bad ridiculous service . Speak lies and say they came for delivery which is not true and can't even get hold of Customer Service team.
