Taibach Food Intolerance Clinic

I have been suffering with extreme tiredness, lethargy and low energy levels for years and had always just thought it was part of the ageing process and was always told that it was just me" and to basically get on with things! A few years ago then i began suffering with restless legs which i can only describe as the most frustrating and uncomfortable thing ever and i was at my wits end. I had a food intolerance test test at Taibach after my friend had recommended it and i was sceptical but wiling to try anything. The BEST move i ever made

I’m 70 years old. I had been suffering with heart palpitations and digestive problems for a long time. I was unable to find the cause of these unpleasant symptoms and as a last resort I decided to have a food intolerance test. The test covered 100 foods as I recall. I was dubious that it would help as I didn’t think I had any food intolerances. I am so glad I contacted Taibach clinic. I had a simple blood test and the results were back in a week. At the follow up meeting my report showed I had a high intolerance to dairy. I was really taken aback. I was helped to see how to make adjustments to my diet and had plenty of information to go away with that has been useful. On the way home I shopped for plant based milk and started immediately, eliminating diary products from my diet.Within a few days I started to feel better and the palpitations have disappeared. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to the Taibach Clinic and the lovely staff who looked after me. This review is posted 2 months after the change in my diet, I’m still feeling great and the symptoms have not returned. The clinic is highly recommended by me.Stephen

Sufferd with painful stomach pains for years after eating certain foods so decided to get the test done to find out, rohan made me feel relaxed and explained how the test worked, it only took a few minutes had my results back the next day and it turned out I had a wheat intolerance, rohan went through all the foods to avoid, give me loads of advice and information, and is also in reqular contact to see how iam getting on , excellent service, would highly recommend

My daughter had a food intolerance test with you about 10 weeks ago. The results showed she was intolerant to all egg, all milks, Barley, beef,pork, onions , garlic, peas and beans.After her consultation with you she has followed the advice given and has had amazing results. Her stomach problems have almost completely gone and she feels better in herself.We would like to thank you for your help, it was a totally positive experience. I have been here this week for a food intolerance test after suffering for months with tummy trouble. The service was great, seen quite quickly and results within the week. Maddie was very thorough initially and gentle doing the blood, test then Rohan went through the results with me. Very comprehensive details of what to avoid, what some ingredients are disguised as sometimes (didn’t names for foods) and what alternatives there are out there. Great service, not sure I’m happy with my results as I have to stay clear of eggs and beer (just two of my favourite thing I can’t have!) but I’m sure if it makes me better it will be well worth it. Very good value for money, can’t put a price on feeeling normal in the tummy dept. I look forward to feeling more myself in the coming weeks/months. Thank you all!

I’d suffered for a number of years with stomach cramps and an upset tummy after eating. I’d found it almost impossible to pinpoint what was causing it, and didn’t really want to go to the doctor as I knew they’d ask me to keep a food diary etc and I didn’t have time for that.After just one simple finger prick test, and waiting a few days, I had my results. It turns out I’m intolerant to wheat and barley, and once I cut these items out of my diet, I quickly noticed drastic improvements in my symptoms. I can’t recommend the Rohan and the center enough. After a consultation with Maddie had a blood test and in a few days found out what my intolerances were. .Wheat I was not surprised at but there were others that I could never have guessed. Taking a bit of discipline to adjust to but would recommend if you are struggling with stomach issues. Bit pricey have to say but its a scientific test.Ruth, Bridgend.

Quick and effective service. Found out I had some trouble with Yeast and Milk which were primary staples in my diet causing inflammation and migraines. Since adjusting my diet as directed I have been having less to no issues ongoing. Rohan is always available for help and advice would highly recommend.

Having been struggling with fatigue for years, a friend of mine recommended I get an intolerance test.
