Staff are always so friendly and professional. The car park is huge, although visitor spaces are limited, but you're OK to park on a double line for a couple of minutes to collect your parcel. Monday is their shortest day. But its open 7 days a week which for me is fantastic.

Good intentions to be helpful but unfortunately woefully incompetent. Not the fault of the front end staff besides maybe the manager of the site. Late delivery of item on premium tracked, signed in as delivered to the Portsmouth delivery office, first trip there staff didn't want to look for it and said to call customer service (when the item was on their site), customer service were very helpful and said they would get staff to find it and keep it there for pick up, go to pick package a 2 days later giving them time to find and have item ready for pick up only to find out it's now been signed out and is being delivered to its original destination. A minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things but to be made to run around like a headless chicken for a premium paid service isn't ideal. Thanks for all the help regardless to the helpful customer service team.

Made me wait whole day and still did not deliver . Not once but twice

2 days I came all the way from Southsea to here and they are closed early. I checked in Google map as well and is was saying close time 6pm but they closed at 4:30

I came this morning they said 8 to 10 they been closedAnd I came 4 till 6 they are still closed 2 time wasted my time and energy to come in here

The rating is for the location and the people responsible for printing the wrong info on the card. The accurate postcode is PO3 5QA. It's not 100℅ accurate but it will get you where you need to be. The postcode takes you at Northgate vehicle hire which is located at a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit and you will see the Post Office building. The staff did their best. The car park is really small, I had to park outside the yard. The office is really small if the queue is bigger than 6-7 people then the unlucky ones must wait outside. There is no public transport therefore impossible to get there unless you have a vehicle or somebody to drive you there. The pictures are not great but I hope will help you to get there.

Really bad, they changed their opening times on website but didn't open.At least 30 angry people outside waiting to collect parcels or send them , with no information given. Awful service. How can they get away with this??!

Terrible shift, only two hours in the morning and some days other two hours in the afternoon. If you check on Google seems they are open between 8am till 6 pm. Absolutely useless!!!

SEE UPDATE BELOW: The guys are so friendly. I send all my parcels from here as well as occasionally collect and they are so helpful. They often cop the flak from people regarding missed deliveries but ALWAYS polite! They make posting SO easy and the hours are convenient … apart from MONDAYS… WHY 12.00pm?!?!UPDATE: GRRRRR… penny pinching has set in! Now only open 8-10 and 4-6 (8-12 Sat & shut Sunday)and even so often closed due to staff sickness/ shortage. It’s a management issue and stems from a private company running a business that should not have to put profits first! Staff are not happy either… it’s filtered down from HO. They expect one person to man a very busy counter whilst Queues build in the car park! TIP… if dropping off parcels print the labels at home and don’t use their printing service… that way you can get any RM driver to take them or shout over the barrier at the depot and they will take them off you! Even with a shut collections office they took my Tracked 48 parcel and it was delivered next day!This really isn’t good enough! They adopted a deliver next day after first delivery failure - mandatory - you cannot pick up till the following day. You can’t rely on this next day ‘mandatory’ delivery attempt…my parcel took another day and thankfully I was in otherwise I could not pick up for another 24 hours (4 days in total!)GONE FROM 5 STARS TO TWO AFTER THIS EDIT!!!

Top place for trashing your car tyres at midnight doing donuts in the car park. If you manage to guess the secret to their opening times which change weekly you can sometimes post a parcel too.
