Alert!!! Avoid this car park at all costs. We could not pay due to its machine error and website issue and received £100 fine!!! When I read other people's reviews, they had exact same issues as me but somehow this car park did not fix this issue. So I am not alone. Would never ever come back anymore and I believe the owner will be cursed by what they did!!!

Paid for my ticket at the machine within 3min of arriving, left with over 15min time remaining. All reg details entered correctly.NCP issued a fine, hoping I'd lost the ticket. Unfortunately for them, I'm more careful than that.Avoid this scam car park, NCP looking to screw you over even if you pay. Nice way to treat your customers, scum bags.

Use this car park fairly regularly as convenient for appointments in city centre. Paid for an hour's parking via machine, which accepted my card. Recieved a fine for £60 in the post as clearly the machine was not working correctly. Contested the charge and my appeal was not accepted. Make sure you get a receipt when you pay in this car park!

Like others in the reviews here, I have been issued a parking fine on a day I have clear evidence from my online banking that I paid for parking.I will be considering the full range of legal actions both in respect of my own fine and the broader issue of a company operating in this manner.

Just received a PCN parking charge notification for a stay where I paid directly by the machine for the full amount covering 24hrs. Still have the parking ticket with car reg and timing all matching. THEY ARE NOT CHECKING MACHINE PAYMENTS and just issuing fines. Clearly going on for some time looking at other reviews.

As others have said in recent reviews, I have received a parking fine despite paying in full on the day. They clearly have absolutely no interest in rectifying the problem with this car park. If you MUST park here, please use a card and keep your ticket.
