Would give zero stars. Order took nearly 2 hours - tried to call, no answer. Delivery finally come and the man was unbelievably rude. We ended up not taking the food after the way he spoke to my partner. Then even have ring doorbell footage of him swearing at our house. Will never order from here again.

Absolutely shocking experience. After a few orders with minimal issues, this Friday evenings dinner was ruined.After an abrupt conversation ordering my food I was told it would be an hour before my food was delivered. 1 hour 50 minutes later I made multiple attempts to call to find out what was happening.Another 20 minutes later my food arrived. The delivery driver was truly the rudest man I have ever met. After asking why it took so long and explaining I couldn't get through on the phone he said what do you want discount

I live in Brockworth and have used spice master for many years. I have never had a bad meal and would say their food is better than most. Because the weather was pretty bad tonight I ordered it to be delivered. I read some of the reviews and I was a bit nervous that it would be late. I needn't have worried it was actually early. Top take away.

Disappointed. Food arrived tepid. Only one mint sauce when I ordered two. Food all very salty and chicken tikka masala was bland and watery. It's a shame because I've previously enjoyed their food.

First time customer at spice master after seeing their fb page... The food was delicious, worth the 5star rating and more.. We had a chicken chat starter then a chicken jalfrezi + two butter chickens all with mushroom rice with onion salads and mint raita with poppadoms....Will definitely be a returning customer....

Food normally is spot on. Ordered online and 2.5 hours no food, and haven't mastered how to answer a phone . Guess it's not coming. I'm still waiting for these guys, they are a joke.

Food is always amazing, not greasey and nice and fresh. When attending on person, you can wait a while before anyone comes to serve or take the order. Online ordering charges, even for collection. Cards accepted which appears rare in the locality.

Cold when arrived ordered 2 mint sauce and only got one!! Not happy meal for one for £20 not happy at all.Had to come out to meet driver didn’t know where he was going even tho we have ordered a few times now.Not happy with food being cold.
