Transparent pricing, friendly owner. The only critisim is the lack of full documentation of all work done, however the work is done to a high quality.

100% recommend, took my car there for a big job, they rung me back the following day and managed to fix the issue for less than half the quoted price.

Having previously always gone direct to BMW for servicing - I was coming up to a major service on my 5 Series and the pricing was very high from the main dealer - Looking at existing reviews - I gave BN Works a call on a Friday afternoon to book my car in - I spoke with Sucha who was brilliant. My car was overdue its service and he promised as long as I could get there in the next half hour he would arrange the works that afternoon as the business was about to close for two weeks for summer holidays. How is that for brilliant service! The guys are very professional, friendly and do a great job. Followed up by an MOT a few weeks later. I will now always use them over a main dealer. Thanks again.

Really knowledgable guys and were able to squeeze my car in the next day. Found several faults but only agreed to fix what I was comfortable with price wise after explaining in detail with me what fixing each fault would entail and cost. Really reasonably priced too, very happy I’ve found BN works after having several problems with my mini that my local garage couldn’t diagnose.

Me and my brother have both been using BM Works for the past 2 years now for our E46 320CI and E46 330CI SPORT, and I have to say we would never take our pride and joys to anywhere else. I would probably say one of the best independent BMW specialists in Leeds by far. I can sum up BM Works in 3 simple words...Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. Excellent customer satisfaction from the moment you drop off your car to the point of picking it up.Believe me when I say this, they are very good at what they do. They are very very knowledgeable and take the time out to fully explain to you what needs to be done with very clear, fair and transparent pricing. I would highly recommend using BN works for any work required. I took my BMW to them with multiple issues, some of which had the potential to be very expensive issues (rodent damage, new clutch etc). As soon as I first walked in to the garage, I had a thorough consultation of the problems, and thereafter received an extremely open, transparent service throughout the full repair procedure. BN Works took the time to talk through my options carefully and consultatively, whilst also giving me time to assess which route I wanted to proceed with. By the end of the process, all issues were sorted and were a lot cheaper than first feared. If you are looking for an honest, efficient mechanic that appreciates peoples situations and has your best interests at heart, then this is the garage for you. Best mechanics when it comes to BMW, awesome customer service!! Even if they are busy they still take the time to look after you and answer your questions and you won't feel rushed, they can diagnose a bmw straight away by opening the bonnet, I was very impressed with their service, I will only be using them for my bmw. Thanks guys !!
