Appalling customer service.Lampshades arrived damaged so we’re returned by recorded delivery in the same packaging.Filled out returns label explaining the damage but refused full refund & told to make a claim against my courier. Stay clear!!

I wanted to revamp my living room and ordered a full set of soft furnishings from Harrison Cropper. The whole order was great value, wonderful quality and delivered swiftly. Could not fault one bit of it from start to finish. Very pleased and will be back once I decide which room is my next project.

Just bought our new house in Garstang and wanted to get my wife some nice things to make it more like a home. Very pleased with the lady who helped me at Harrison Cropper, she really helped me pick out the right things and my wife was over the moon. Some great stock and will definitely be back.

I ordered the Laverne duck egg lampshades and they arrived today. I am absolutely over the moon with them. The quality is far superior to anything I have seen in the shops and they go beautifully with my newly decorated bedroom. Highly recommended.

Ordered twice now, first for some new Christmas decorations for the fireplace and a ceramic pot I had had my eye on for a while, and the second for Christmas presents. Walked past the shop and saw another decoration I had been in two minds about in the window and had to buy! Could not be happier with the service both online and in person, very speedy acknowledgement emails, very friendly staff, my purchases were better than the photos gave them justice for, and so well packed you would not believe, and the recipients of the presents love them! Have signed up to the newsletter so I do not miss out on things selling out in the future as they do sell out quickly which is testament to both the quality of products and the service provided. Will definitely be a repeat customer. May advertise as country home" style but definitely something there for all types of homes and all budgets."

Order arrived so late. Wedding had passed so no longer needed. Seller expected me to pay return postage even though they acknowledged that items were delayed! Communication ignored requesting they pay postage!Avoid!!

We had such a wonderful experience shopping with this online store. The 10 lampshades and 6 cushions that we purchased are all stunning and even more beautiful in real life than website photos suggest. Elle, Alice and Lisa were so helpful on email and helping us organise this order from UK to Ireland. Amazing customer service! It arrived in super quick time and perfectly packaged in two big boxes. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back to shop again.

Awful company.Made an online purchase 6 days ago. Have had no contact or delivery details despite emailing 3 times. No telephone number to contact them.Absolutely shocking customer service.Would not recommend to purchase from.
