It kills me to see that this amazing company has got 2 bad reviews! I am definitely one to study hard in everything I do. I cannot fault this company and team. Andrew taught me and the class. The word thorough is an understatement. The education and practise that came with the session was 10/10, but I must say, the ongoing support and customer service deserves a medal. I reach out for some general advice on things, things that are probably way down the priority line of things they have to do as a company on a daily basis and Andrew is straight back to me and puts his students and their work first ensuring a safe, clinical and professional practise to the patient receiving treatment. I really do appreciate this team beyond words and I will he back to study more subjects of theirs in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Andrew you are a legend)

Fantastic training day at Cryosthetics Ltd, the course material is outstanding and far superior to any other course I have been on. We carried out training for the cool lifting gun, cryotherapy and also purchased cryoglobes. Andrew was great and very knowledgable, after the training he’s still been at the end of the phone to answer any questions. I would highly recommend the company for buying and training.

I've always had great customer service, I then had 18 months without placing an order. When I called to reorder they were so helpful and also updated me on all the new products that I'd missed without being pushy sales people. Great team!

I have met Tracey on a few occasions and I had the pleasure of experiencing her training. She is extremely approachable and friendly. Even though at the time I did not purchase a product she was extremely professional.I have also dealt with her members of staff on email and on the phone and found them extremely professional and respectful.I am happy to recommend them! They have excellent knowledge in Cryo stimulation!

Amazing course. We did the advanced cryotherapy course with Andy. What a fantastic teacher. We love being taught from people who are enthusiastic about teaching the product. The Cryoglobe was a godsend to help reduce excessive swelling after my face-lift. I'm so grateful for the relief it gave me and I believe it quickened my healing process 10 fold. A fabulous product which I'm sure will be used for many years to come!!

I just wanted to give feedback on my training yesterday with Andrew from cryosthetics on cryotherapy.As a dermatology specialist nurse of 10 yrs, I was really impressed with the course content surrounding the skin and particularly the teachings to a cellular level, which can be hard to get students to understand without a prior in-depth knowledge of the skin.Andrews teaching style made it easy to absorb and understand offering plenty of time for questions and check our understanding.Brilliant course and is great for anyone thinking of adding cryotherapy to their portfolio.
