Builder Depot

Never buy from here. I ordered a mechanical part for my boiler online and they’ve completely scammed me. Returned the item as you cant do it in branch. Returned via post with item tracked. Builder depot has signed for the item that they have received it and over 3 weeks and im still waiting for my refund because apparently they aren’t able to locate the item! I will never purchase from here again. Rubbish return policy.

Hi,I don't usually write reviews, but this one I couldn't leave without a comment!Im a regular customer at Builder Depot (Park Royal) and have been for many long years.. today, I found that Artur was no longer working for this store/ company, which was a shock as he was the person with the most knowledge when it came to building materials, he would have an answer for every question and if he didn't he would always find one.. most of the other employees are very nice people, but on many occasions, they were unable to help due to lack of product knowledge or use.. I also realised that every time I go into store and Artur is off, everything seems to take longer. Stores like this need more people like Artur with professional attitude, and knowledge in the industry. I'm sure im not the only person who thinks this way, as 80% of builders in the queue would always say, you can go

Cheating people because because you can't return the purchased goods mockery

The worst service I have ever received. Placed an order for delivery. First time it was delivered the driver said he cannot get the items of the van and they had to go back. I was then told I need a fork lift of my own to unload laminate flooring at my residential address. I was later told they had made a mistake and loaded the van incorrectly so redelivery was arranged for 2 days later. The delivery came incomplete and a substitute different size/type of laminate. As well as this 3 of the packs are damaged. I am now waiting again for redelivery. I was told if I cancel I would still need to pay and everything is covered by their terms and conditions. There is no hurry to resolve the issue for me. I feel if this many things go wrong with an order such a big company would take any means necessary to rectify. I even offered to collect the extra from a local store as it has already been such a delay. Extremely disappointed and appalled at the service. I would strongly recommend to avoid at all costs.

Staff are rude un helpful but what do u expect in slough .

Keep off! I ordered GROHE 38526 Rapid SL 3 in 1 WC. It had bits missing when our builder opened and he was quick to say before he noticed some bits missing, the GHORE do not come like that. Of course our professional contractor knew what he was saying as we discovered some parts were missing.I paid full price to have a NEW ITEM NOT USED/OPENED/ RETURN. On reporting this, you are faced by aggressive action plus failed promises. Planned collection was never fulfilled and nobody cares . So another wasted day and another ahead to wait for the collection. Never to buy anything from them.Check you are not sent refurbished/ returns as NEW.

BE CAREFULL!!! Price shown lower Than invoice. No apologies, didn’t review the price. Nothing. What a dodgy company. Be aware guys. There are many other shops around. Assistant manager just ignore. Terrible service.

If I could I would give -5 at least.They became such a pain, impossible to call Park Royal branch and if you want to order 1 or 2 items you have to do it either for delivery or order a bulk.To order for collection you need to call but it is impossible to reach them as line is directed somewhere else.Rather than making customers life easier they make too complicated, such off putting experience.
