We’ve just returned from our Umrah trip with Manchester Travel and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share our incredibly positive experience.Manchester Travel made our journey and experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Brother Shahin has a way with people, making our group of 25+ people feel comfortable and at ease.During the actual Umrah, brother Shahin and his team kept the group together despite the heavy traffic of people and I’m sure I speak for the rest of the group when I say that he made us feel secure and unified. During the rest of our group excursions, brother Shahin and the rest of the team at Saudi were warm, attentive, and considerate — always checking to see that we were ok, never too busy to answer questions, and always there to make us and our children feel seen and welcome. Brother Shahin’s engagement with the group, explaining moments from the seerah that were significant to the areas we were visiting made the trips enjoyable and informative; throughout the trips there were Bengali translators who explained things clearly and in detail to those who didn’t understand English.JazakAllah khair to the whole of the Manchester Travel team.
