There are zero ways to describe how upset and disappointed I am with this place. I placed my order the morning of my collection, then drove to collect it and when I got there I was informed that they thought my order was cancelled without me knowing, so there wasn’t any sushi for me to collect. In a place where sushi isn’t readily available I was really excited to find a place with decently priced sushi not too far from my house, but instead all I was given was disappointment. As well, I asked for a refund and was told “I’ll see what I can do”, but I did not pay for a service, I paid for a disservice. Don’t recommend unless they fix their ordering service.

This is the preorder service and the orders are accepted at least one day in advance and their offer is delicious and fresh sushi as food is prepared directly before collection or delivery. Please give them a chance and just try. I would recommend to anyone.

Can get through to them. The website says that the website is closed for orders and there is no answer when calling them.....is this business still running I love sushi so would be awesome if so
