Bupa Dental Care Westbourne

My old dentist that I visited for many years retired so I was a bit concerned about finding a new dentist. I had a broken tooth so I booked in with Andrzej to get it replaced privately, I was so impressed with his care and attention to detail and furthermore I felt that he was extremely thorough and honest. I would definitely recommend Andrzej and I will continue to be his patient.

Alex is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Very friendly and welcoming and puts you straight at ease. I’ve previously never really found a dentist that I feel totally comfortable with but I fully trust Alex. Very professional and approachable, an asset to the practice.

Went for my hygienist app and was about to pay the 83 pounds at the reception when she said I owed 65 pounds from last year 30/05/2022 ( I was working that day ) forced to show my bank statement with all my confidential information . Last time was there was in March 2022 for the regular check up paid 23 pounds ( 2 minutes consultation ) came back again paid 193 pounds for 1 dental filling that is already falling apart and to finish the job came back again in March last year for an hygienist app and paid 71 pounds . Don’t understand how in 1 year goes from 71 to 83 pounds but anyway what am I concern is they call yesterday saying that instead of the inicial 65 pounds now I was owing 23 pounds . They were talking over me on the phone so I passed to my husband and then they started saying was my husband that was owing 23 pounds from last year . What a joke , we always pay everything . My husband is a long time client . At least what they could is apologise ! Is there mistake ! Very rude .!Looking forward to move dental practice. I only will miss my hygienist.

Great dentist! Veronica is always very welcoming, friendly and professional and puts you at ease every time. She is by far the best dentist I have ever had and treats you with kindness no matter what. Her service and dentistry is superb, I always leave happy.

Constantly cancelling my appointments meaning a reschedule of my time. Seems to happen nearly every time and cancellation often the day before! Given the cost and lack of parking much better private dental about.

Thank you so much to dr Alexandra cutus she has been an absolute dream! I had Invisalign for 11 months, monthly check ups and I always felt looked after and happy. Alex was always at the end of the phone and I am so chuffed with the results!

I cannot fault this dental surgery. They've always looked after myself and family.Very gentle and considerate dentistry.I moved to Southampton but still make the journey to Westbourne, I won't be moving dentists.Heartfelt thanks to Dr Hamid and team

My son came in for a filling today and due to having autism he was extremely nervous. Our dentist Andrew was amazing and explained clearly everything he was doing to my son.He was kind and understanding and made the whole experience very easy. We weren't rushed and he kept asking my son throughout if he was ok and reassured him.
