I had two other companies who messed me around. One call to TOH team they check my videos and other boiler company diagnostic and came to repair the job. The other two companies were cowboys and tried to use the situation to charge me 2 times what this company did. They confirmed all work and pricing and parts needed and gave me a fixed price which was great value for money compared to the Cowboys. Came on time and did a great job showing and explaining to me each part of the job as they carried out tasks. I felt very reassured by their professionalisms, workmanship and feedback. A trusted company I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Every time I booked this guy Muhammed Saleh, for a annual gas safety check for my mum’s flat, he promises it is booked in his diary and he will attend. But when the time comes he either doesn't turn-up on time and then when contacted he gives excuses after excuses why he is running late or cannot attend. He is very unreliable and irresponsible.

When our boiler broke, we booked Touch of Heat to help us out. We definitely recommend them! We had a conversation in the morning, they bought and installed the replacement part the same afternoon. Quick, friendly and super professional service.

So, boilers and pumps... To the untrained eye it's a jumble of piping - that when something goes wrong a sense of panic swiftly kicks in. Add to that, the challenge of managing a property whilst overseas and you have the potential for being ripped off. Enter in Touch of Heat and Muhammed and the team. From the outset, there was clear and effective communication that gave me confidence that I was dealing with a company that I could trust. So, a few messages later and an exchange of tenant details allowed a faulty pump to be replaced leaving us with a sense of relief and a new favourite added to the contact list in case of future emergencies and boiler maintenance. We had an unexpected issue with our gas boiler on a Saturday night. The Touch of Heat team replied to our message here on Google very quickly, came and assessed the situation the following day and 2 days later had it all fixed. Muhammed was very helpful and polite, explaining what was wrong and how it will get fixed.We will definitely call them to have our boiler serviced or need a plumber.
