mixed review. went in twice. first visit was a nightmare. long wait then messed about at the till and ended up walking out. went back a week later. different staff member great service nice a fast. couldn't complain

Quite possibly the most unorganised school shop I’ve ever been to! Took nearly fifteen minutes to find my internet preorder, checked items in store to find that the two 9-10yr pe tshirts weren’t the same size, one of them had an inch difference in width. After waiting to be served again, I finally left the shop after nearly half an hour. Went to M&S afterwards, picked my click and collect school wear up from there, in and out in three minutes!Honestly shouldn’t be this bad.

Got to the door within 2 minutes of them closing at 4.30pm as I had to collect my daughter from after school netball, knocked on the door and watched the woman who was cashing up actually deliberately HIDING behind a post and completely ignoring me, I only wanted to swap a top I bought a couple of hours earlier for a different size. Appalling service.

Do not even waste your time with them. Absolute rubbish,you can place your order,is not a problem,but forget about receiving it on time or get your money back. I finally gave up waiting for blazer after nearly 3 months and I called them to request refund. They agreed but refund was never received so I called them again after a week just to find out that my blazer will be posted this week. So what about refund that you agreed week before? Also emails ignored for months,never received any reply or apologies. And they are open only 3 days a week. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH I also reported them to school and school told me that there was many other parents facing problems with this store. Time wasters. I end up buying blazer from competition and everything was in stock,while they happily took my money and make me wait for months. I will make sure to warn all the parents i know and i can reach online to stay away from this useless people. Thanks for wasting my time and money cause I end up ordering twice. You are completely useless

The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble my son had to try on multiple things and they had all the time in the world and were very patient, also advised on getting some bigger items as he'd get longer in them ( and save me money) not a lot of places would do this so I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for uniform, I even got the early buyer discount even though I'd lost my slip from school thank you.

I said to the shop keeper when i bought the stitch down skirt for the princely sum of £22.00 that I was shocked as simply holding it in my hands I knew the quality BANNER branded however"

Expensive, also it takes longer to get the ordered stuff

Ordered all my daughters uniform from there, as we went after beginning of school year, so not all sizes was available in store, but got them in two weeks,all looks graith, good quality garment, and well made.Staff very busy, but they are trying their best to serve you.Overall, happy with all.

This has to be the worst customer experience of my life. One jumper returned for an exchange 12 days ago, absolutely no communication from Morleys concerning the other size. 23 unanswered phone calls. If there is anywhere else for you to obtain your school uniform go there.

Purchased an item for my son and the two ladies that were there were lovely, ended up having a chat and forgot where I was! Great place!!
