AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH BOUNCING BEANS. MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED BY THEM, NOONE TURNED UP TO MY DAUGHTERS 5TH BIRTHDAY PARTY AND I DID NOT HEAR FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK. Will be taken further.

We hired a bouncy castle for our daughters 5th Birthday and she absolutely loved it. The guys who delivered and collected were great and the castle kept our little ones entertained and bouncing all day! Thanks Bouncing Beans for a first class service.

I took my kids to a date this weekend and it was superb I left them with these lovely people and relaxed with a bit of peace and quite! They had many people to supervise the children and great safety. Highly recommend this company for hire or use and love the two guys Phil and carl.

Made a booking for June in FEBRUARY (before covid) and didn’t cancel the booking. The company made no effort to reach me to tell me what’s happening, just simply didn’t turn up on the day. My deposit still hasn’t been returned back and everytime I call the owner is very rude and blocks my number. He gets very brave behind a phone call and I’d like to see him be this rude face to face. Don’t use this company, complete scam and he’s just going to reply to this with ‘had to close because of COVID’. My booking was made before COVID happened and I have full evidence of everything so since the owner wants to carry on running away I’m going to take legal action. Absolute joke of a company

Fantastic for my 6yr old twins.Booked for the girls half of the party but went down just as well with the boys who stopped playing football to have a go.

Great castle and great service. Set up/take down timing as we needed. Helpful staff on the day who answered questions and gave instruction. Only recommendation would be a bit more communication ahead of the event for queries/on the phone. But very happy with the booking.

This is run by a very greedy person. Today it was at a primary school fete. They charged £5 per child. However, there was no age limit. The majority of children were under 8 years old, mainly 5 and 6 year olds. However, they allowed big 16+ year old boys to go on the slide and bouncy castle. Not only did it spoil the fun for the small children, but several were hurt as the big lads hurtled down the slide on top of little ones. There was the owner and 2 lads standing in front of each inflatable most of the time, however, they did absolutely nothing whilst the children got hurt by the bigger lads and came away in tears. The owner absolved himself from all responsibility saying it was unsupervised play. However, there was no sign to that effect when they took the money. Also, there were far too many children on the bouncy castle - probably about 40 at one time, when it quite clearly stated that maximum should be 20. I do not recommend this company. I will be reporting this company to the county council.

Worst company. They will take your money and not turn up to the party, nor will they answer calls, emails or refund your money. Please do not book with these people.

SIMPLY BRILLIANT!!!Booked for our Daughters birthday party in July this year. Website was clear, understandable and easy to navigate. Booking was simple and the prices are extremely competitive. The bouncy castle was delivered and erected the morning of the party without any issues and was then collected the following day as agreed. Faultless service and have already rebooked for our son's birthday later in the year. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bouncing Beans Bouncy Castle Hire and have done so already.
