EPS Sash And Case
Edward and his team repaired and painted our 20 windows. The house is in a conservation area and the work was completed to a very high standard. The whole team were very professional in their approach and communications were easy. Great care was taken to apprise us of progress at all stages and we are very happy with the end product. No hesitation in recommending EPS and will be happy to use them again if the need arises.

Edward and his colleague, Peter, recently repaired the mastic around the windows of our tenement flat, as well as repairs to the frames. They were both very professional at all times and work was performed to a high standard. Communication was really quick and they managed to squeeze us in at short notice due to family circumstances. Would highly recommend.

A great job, well done in a timely fashion. More than I hoped price wise but having had the work done, I don't begrudge it at all. To be clear, the bill was true to the estimate. Great to work with, really helpful, very honest. Would not hesitate to have them do further work.

Edward and his team delivered an excellent job in repairing, refurbishing and painting 11 sash & case windows. Professionalism and standard of work is outstanding and they take genuine pride in refurbishing older windows back to their original standard. Their approach had a very different feel to the many companies who wanted to simply discard the old windows and replace with new.

Our windows were in a very poor conditions and were all painted shut. EPS Sash and Case did a great job of restoring them, replacing rotten areas and removing layers of old paint. The windows now all work perfectly and look brand new. Edward was very helpful from the start communicating with us, turning up on time and explaining each stage of the job. He worked with good attention to detail making sure that the work was done to a high standard and within our budget.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for Sash and Case window restoration.

EPS provided a first rate service from a very professional and personable team - from the initial survey through to the completion of the work. Edward kept us informed and engaged throughout. His attention to detail is great and it's clear that he has a passion for preserving and maintaining historic architecture. They kept the house clean and tidy, inside and out; the works were completed on time; and the initial quote was the price we paid, despite the inevitable surprises that old windows bring. More importantly the windows look great! I would whole-heartedly recommend EPS.
