Mailway did a great repacking job for us, we are a South African business who required repacking of our product in the UK, their work met our expectations without concerns, we have used them on multiple occasions.

I've been with Mailway since 2012, and it's a great place to work with plenty of opportunities and exciting challenges for those who are willing to put in the effort. While working here, I met a lot of good people, and everyone in management is really hard workers. All of those 1* reviews are basically people that want to come to work and do as little as possible…

Having contacted various packaging companies, I came across Mailway to do flow wrapping for the company I work at. Great customer service - there was always someone available to answer any questions. Loved the end result. Would highly recommend.

I agree with every single review. The management team do not know what they are doing. As soon as the owners leave, it is chaos. Team leaders going on phones, chatting at the back, and the supervisor allowing it to occur because they are “friends”. it is a barn in there. management needs to change. order is needed, as soon as. it would be unfortunate for this company to go bankrupt, again! I am this close to filing a lawsuit against the company, for mistreatment. I have eye witnesses of what I've been called. “stupid” “gay” etc. by the supervisor! Although it is not the owner's fault, he needs to be present in order to see how his “employed supervisors” are running the place. I am so angry as to how I've been treated. I won't let this go, this does not end here!Edit: once this issue has been resolved, and I've spoken to the correct authority in order to have the supervisor in question disciplined, will I rest.

I work at night shift and have to work 6 days in row.Not paid correctly for 3 weeks in row. They told me to check my payslips properly.I printed, checked, brought my payslips and even marked worked hours and hour rates for them, what are wrong to prove it.They didn't paid me back.Payroll department is useless,bunch of cowboys, terrible place.People are numbers for them, nothing else.

Mailway Packaging Solutions awful and terrible place to work at.Not easy getting in on first day working here, people you work with here don't really understand English if you talk to them, very boring job, management here is very terrible, poor and bad, break room area so small, most people look moody here.When it's home time it's like everyone didn't even want to even work, management was poor that day as everyone was so close to each other trying to get out and go home. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY WORKS HERE, I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE, I CAN'T UNFORTUNATELY.
